Brief Answer:
Could be a strained back

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for writing to XXXXXXX

Based on your short description, I suspect a STRAINED BACK in your case which can be attributed to Heavy workload which you are doing.

The general management guidelines for your problem is as follows -
* avoid lifting heavy weights as it imparts more strain on your back.
* avoid forward bending activities as it will worsen the muscle spasm.
* Ice packing over the affected area once in 2 hours to alleviate the pain
* Use a lumbosacral back support for a few days till your acute pain subsides
* Moist heat fomentation to relax the tense muscles.
* Physiotherapy to strengthen your back muscles. Physiotherapy has to be done only after the acute pain has subsided.
* Use Analgesics & Muscle relaxants as needed.

If your symptoms are not resolving with the above measures, an orthopedic surgeons consultion is needed for a detailed clinical examination and appropriate investigations.

Hope I have justified your query. Happy to help for any clarification
