Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thank you for writing to us.

The urine routine analysis does suggest a recommended to get a urine culture sensitivity study done to know the cause and treatment of this infection.

Your symptoms also suggest a UTI, so it will best to get the test done before starting antibiotics. Cranberry juice helps to ease the symptoms, and ensure you remain well hydrated in the summer.
Blood in urine in women not having menstrual periods, also suggests a possible UTI.

I hope that was useful.
Best Wishes.
