Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

Hemoglobin levels less than 12 g/dL in a woman denotes anaemia.

Hematocrit (PCV or HCT) measures the volume percentage of RBCs in blood.
As you have anaemia,it is anticipated to be less than normal.
It is normally 40 % to 50% for men and 35% to 45% for women.
It can get reduced when RBCs are less in total blood volume.
It may be due to increased destruction of RBC (e.g.sickle cell anemia, spleenomegaly),decreased production of RBC(bone marrow supression, bone marrow aplasia, some cancers, drug induced etc),nutritional deficiencies (eg.Deficiency of iron, Vitamin B12, folic acid and malnutrition) and Overhydration / increased blood volume.

Mean platelet volume (MPV) is increased in the report.
Mean platelet volume (MPV) is calculated by dividing the plateletcrit (PCT) by total number of platelets.
It's normal range is 9.4–12.3 fL (femtolitre).
A high MPV is due to an increased platelet count which is due to enhanced production by bone marrow.
This is called increased thrombocytosis and may be due to some cancers or normally when bone marrow tries to compensate an accelerated destruction of platelets(usually in elderly).
It may be secondary to some infections and other medical conditions.

Total protein in serum is a sum total of albumin and globulin.
They are marginally increased.
A high total protein level could indicate dehydration or due to some cancers such as multiple myeloma.

Liver enzyme SGOT is raised which shows just a start of liver compromise.

Urinalysis shows significant numbers of pus cells, blood and bacteria thus indicating a urinary tract infection.

Kindly share your symptoms so that these reports can be clinically corelated.
Just going through the reports will not lead us to anywhere and has no clinical relevance.

Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay happy.
Regards.
