Question: I have growth on top of both ears, looks like scabs. left one has about gone away, and does not hurt. the right one is very sore and itches. My lower legs also itch a lot .I am 83 years old and healthy

It can be a skin tag, wart, eczema or any other benign tumor.
It is very important for me to see the lesions.
