Sir as you suggest me medications, that is a long process. and also need a time to start work. kindly suggest me something for my throat and neck pains. which are slight pains and started like 14 days back. these are dull and slight but permanent pains. these all started 1 year back and with time to time these comes and goes, i can find a small lymph not that is directly not causing pain but i am sure pain is due that node. do you think these type of lymph nodes can come only because of stress that decrease my immune system?
2nd from some days my stomach is disturbed and its not like diarrhea, its juts a sticky stool one time a day. before i have faced same things with stress that effects on stomach. i was very much out from some months but now my girlfriend sickness and this throat problem give me same level of stress. kindly suggest something to solve these problem other then meditations because sometimes i thought only blood test can recover my from stress. but with the name of test more stress comes.

Sir probiotic i am already using. Other medicine i will start. But sir which medicine is specific infections or whatever i have throat problem.??
2nd sir i have still a question i hope you will answer same like before.
As per my sexual incidents, i remember in that total 4 incidents near about 3 times i have removed condom after sex not properly and outer side of condom touches my penis. is that possible to contract hiv in that condition??? Fear of hiv is very strong. And started again 2 weeks back. Even during the time when i had sex i was thinking of that. But still some end part of penis was touching vigina. Kindly clear these doubts.

Ok sir. 2 days back you told me about hepatitis cannot be transmitt by sexual contact. I dont want to say that you are wrong . But sir on internet its clearly mentioned that it can be transmit through sex. Kindly just clarify my peace of mind.

Ok sir i understand. Now sir i have one question little bit different. That is related to my stress that i have now.
As i described my first sex experience was in 2014 at the age of 27, protected sex with a prostitute. But due to fear of hiv soon after that day i was thinking more about hiv. But sir due to stress ,or i was trying to come out from stress i have done same type of 3 more incident in next 3 years. All were protected. But sir i am tired from these symptoms which explained many times, lymph nodes ,yeast infection on penis, stomach disturbance etc
It doesnt means i am in a permanent stress but every symptom gives me a near about 1 or 2 month stress.
Now you can imagine i am 31 y old and from 27 to 31 i had lost too much time in fear. Now i need suggestion from you that what should i do? Test or just try to be relax. Its difficult to test here because i am not in my homeland. But when is visit my country its difficult to test because of fear. Now end of this year i am planning to marry. And i am in a fear that i may have hiv . And can transmit to my wife. Kindly help me out.

Does the test will be accurate after time?? My last protected sex incident was 7 month back

but sir it may b possible if something happened in previous encounters?? does still it will come accurate?? and do u think my results will be negitive?

i know sir chances are less but my symptoms are very much accurate. i cannot face a positive hiv result.

sir as i have described you all my case. so thats why i am asking questions to you again and again. sir i am agree we should be positive. but my question is about my risk after symptoms. what do you think ??
