Hi,

Thanks for sharing your concern.

Your sister is shaky in the morning and history of sweating and difficulty in breathing with these symptoms possibilities are hyperthyroid state or Anxiety.

I would like to know following.

1) How is her appetite and is there any weight loss?
2) Is she having palpitation or fast heart rate?
3) Does she use alcohol or Tobacco?
4) Is she taking any kind of medication?
5) How is her sleep and does she worries too much?
