As for your other conditions (enlarged left adrenal, diverticulitis, vertigo and bladder problems) they need their appropriate medication, which should be prescribed by the doctor who diagnosed them. I am unable to say more on this, give the scarce information you have provided.
The weight gain can be a side effect of Synthroid. If it is moderate and unrelated to diet and lifestyle changes, it is normal. If you have gained considerable weight you may need further evaluation, so please talk to your primary care physician on the possible cause.
