Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. There are no data on the excretion of phentermine into human milk by FDA. The manufacturer of the medicine recommends that due to the potential for serious adverse reactions in nursing infants, either breastfeeding should be stopped or medicine should be withheld. Half-life of phentermine is between 7 and 20 hours(varies for every individual), and peaks in the bloodstream 8 hours following administration. So if you want to feed the baby then it should be at least 28 hrs to clear from body (after taking medicine).

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
