Question: Is somnifera andwithania (marketed as adaptnol) safe and effective to take for treatment for memory loss? I am 81 and have some memory loss. I have had a brain scan (MRI) and memory tests and show no indications of dementia but I would like to improve my memory. Thank You, XXXXXXX XXXX
