Brief Answer:
I would like to know little more details of your illness

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are not taking any muscle relaxant. So you need to change your medicines. But before I advise you any further I would like to know little details of your illness.

1. Since when you are having back pain?
2. Do you have any history of weight lifting or sudden bending?
3. Do you have more back pain or hip and leg pain?

Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks

Hi XXXXXXX

I fell from bike on 25th XXXXXXX Then for 10days I used the same course of medicines. I got hurt at my lower spine area and hips(right side). After scan doctor said it is muscular pain. I did not use any ointments or hot/cold packs.

even now while sitting down on the floor and sitting for continuous 2-3 hrs I feel the pain at the lower spine and my hips area.

1. 25th XXXXXXX
2. No
3. The pain is reduced but still I can feel it when I sit for long time.

You need to take muscle relaxant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest you following management. (please ask your doctor for a prescription)
1.Tablet Myospaz or Myoril 8 mg twice daily.
2.Tablet Etorixoxib 90 mg one to twice daily.
3.Hot water fomentation.
4.Volitran ointment local application
I hope your back pain will be less after these medicines. You should stop medication which you are taking right now. Avoid forward bending , weight lifting or travelling. I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks

Brief Answer:
It is not a good drug for back pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Although it is a muscle relaxant but it is not very good so I have suggested you to take Myospaz or Myoril which is better for back pain. Eprisan is a skeletal muscle relaxant but it is not as effective as MYoril or myospaz. You can discuss with your doctor and can switch to one of these drugs.
Thanks
