Brief Answer:
No effect on sperm count.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Adderall is a amphetamine drug which is a CNS stimulant.

There is NO clinical evidence to suggest that adderall may interfere with sperm count or its morphology.

However, the studies have shown that the individual who are taking adderall (amphetamine) to have decreased libido and sex drive but NO known side effect on his sperm count because of adderall.

So,if you are planning to conceive, then there is no need to worry about low sperm counts.

Wishing a good health.
