After looking at the clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Eye drops absorption is very limited and is not enough to change the urine color.

2. Normal urine is light yellow. Dark yellow urine is common in the morning due to overnight concentration or you might be dehydrated. Drink good amount of water. It will change to usual light yellow.

3. Avoid going to sun and exercises in hot temperatures. Take plenty of fluids as necessary.
