Brief Answer:
Hi dear it can be due to 200 mg doxepin.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear

I admire you for positive outlook.

Jaw jerk is very uncommon side effect of zoloft.
It can be seen in doxepin in higher doses.

Zoloft and doxepin both are anti depressant and have low level of interaction between them by hepatic enzyme.

If you have better on both of this drug then need to reduce doses gradually.

Start from doxepin, if jaw jerk will improve on dose reduction then reduce up to when it will 100% disappear.

2nd thing I will prefer to add lorazepam 2 mg at bed time along with above mention drugs for jaw jerk.

But I think dose reduction will help. Dose should reduce gradully and observation is must to look clinical profile and jaw jerk.Discuss about this your treating doctor.

Happy to help you.
Still if you have a query then feel free to ask.

Thank you.

As I said earlier in my opinion doxepin dose should be reduced gradually. I would reduce it to 150mg for 2 days and then 100mg. Discuss about it with your treating psychiatrist. Adding lorazepam is also beneficial.

You did not mention about frequency about jaw jerk ?? Is it present at sleep??

Hope this clarifies.

Take care.
Get well soon.

Hii dear good to see you again.

Detailed Answer:
Hii

If it is present all times then you should try dose reduction.
If still not improved then consult neurologist.

Wait for 1 week after dose reduction and observe improvement or not.
