Does Silver Sulfadiazine Help Cure Phimosis?

Question: Can silver sulfadiazine cream help Phimosis in my husband? He has tried every over-the-counter medication he can find for it. We cannot afford to go to a doctor. He has had it since Christmas and cannot get rid of it. Whenever he has had it before, it only took a few weeks to clear up and now it is becoming such a problem that he is even thinking about getting circumcised, hoping that might help. Your suggestions other than seeing a doctor?

Phimosis can be succesfully treared with creams only in case of child. Adults phimosis can not be cured in such way. No doubt in that.
Actually circumcision is the only treatment for your husband.
He should consult urologist.

We cannot afford to see a urologist. we are in our 70's and only on Medicare. is there any other way he can cure phimosis since he cured it before several times?
