Does Roxy Affect Pregnancy Test Report?

Question: I have been wondering if a fat burner called Roxy that has niacin in it could affect a pregnancy test. I have been getting headaches and my boobs are sore I feel like my bras are getting smaller. Im having to urinate often but the pregnancy tests I've taken some are invalid n some are negative. I don't know what to do.
