Brief Answer:
Pseudoephedrine can't cause or agravate slow heart beats.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Pseudoephedrine can't cause or agravate slow heart beats. Pseudoephedrine is a natural product agonist of the effect of adrenaline and cause agitation and tachycardia.

Although your heart rate is slow other examinations are needed before deciding about the causes and the best treatment. If you were my patient I would recommend the following examinations:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Holter monitoring
- Blood work (especially hormonal and renal function).

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
