Question: I am beginning to take prednisone and currently take lisinopril for high blood pressure. Is there a conflict in taking both?

No there is no conflict

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is no conflict in taking both. However, patient on lisinopril should monitor their renal function test, if it's normal then there is no issue. It's better you repeat your renal function test after 5 days of beginning of Prednisone once to see electrolytes.
Also, you should get your sugars tested after beginning of Prednisone. I assume you are taking antacid and calcium supplements with Prednisone. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
