Brief Answer:
it can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and I am sorry that you are going through this pain.

Pennsaid is a brand name for Diclofenac topical ,which is a NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ).
It can be helpful to manage the pain .
Since Diclofenac is in the same class of drugs with Celebrex ,using them together can increase the risk of side effects like stomach ulcer ,high blood pressure etc.
You should discuss it with you treating doctor before using it.

If your pain is not under control with the medications that you are taking you should discuss it with your treating doctor to find the appropriate analgesics that work for you.
If you don't want to take opioid analgesics ,there are other options like other NSAIDs , combination of analgesics.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
