Brief Answer:
reduce restopil and go for Vit.B12 & Vit. D

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

Your lack of concentration can be due to age of 86 as well as restopil 15 mg. You can reduce restopil to 7.5 if no major sleep issue.

If your cardiac condition is good and you are stable on amlodipine, your tiredness may be due to deficiency of Vitamin B12 and Vidamin D considering your age. Go for investigation and if deficiency found, take supplement.

B12 in form of injections and Vit.D in dose of 60000IU weekly. This can reduce or even cure your numbness you are feeling in the morning as well as help in anxiety disorder also.

Continue exercise according to your age permit like walking and also regular diet schedule as your doctor has adviced.

Hope this will help you.., I wil be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
