Brief Answer:
Not an issue

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Narco has hydrocodone and acetaminophen and they may be taken even if you have panic disorder and will not lead to a panic attack. Xanax is a good drug for reducing the panic attacks temporarily. But in the long run, it has an addiction potential. This is a disorder of anxiety and occurs cause of imbalance of certain neurotransmitters in the brain. especially serotonin, nor adrenaline, and dopamine to some extent. Medicines are the best options to take care of these symptoms. Paroxetine is the the most popular medicine and my drug of choice. I generally prescribe my patients 12.5 mg per day at night which takes care of anxiety symptoms. Xanax may be give as required when there is a panic episode or expected situation where panic attack can appear.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

One hour apart

Detailed Answer:
Hello
YOu may take it one hour apart. The symptoms that you have felt could be even psychological as you were expecting panic attacks to come. Try to relax yours elf and you may take the medicines.

Brief Answer:
Can be possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Anxiety can many times lead to non-specific somatic pains. You may get your panic attacks treated and get it further investigated if the pains do not subside after the treatment of anxiety.
