Brief Answer:
minor interactions

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are no serious drug interactions.

There is a small risk that the nicotinamide may affect the absorption of metoprolol so there is a suggestion that they should be used 2 hours apart.

In some persons as well, the celexa increases the affect of the metoprolol which could affect blood pressure.
This does not occur with everyone and it is possible that you do not have any symptoms, you can monitor your BP if you have a home monitor.
If you notice a change, an increase of fluids and slight increase of salt intake may be helpful

I hope this helps

Brief Answer:
with the metoprolol, should not be a problem

Detailed Answer:
HI

If you use them with the interval in between , then the ability of the metoprolol to control your heart rate would not be affected.

In some persons the nicotinamide can affect the heart rate but it is possible that with the use of the metoprolol, this may not occur for you.
If you do have a problem, then it should be discontinued.

Between 2002 and 2012, according to one report, the FDA received two complaints of increased heart rate but this may be under reported.

Please feel free to ask anything else
