Question: Hello Doc - Does Mobizox medicine has any side affects? Its a combination of Diclofenac Sodium 50 MG, Paracetamol IP 500MG & Chlorzoxazone USP 500MG. I'm having terrible lower back spasm since couple of days. Thanks, XXXX

It is well suited for the muscle spasms like the one you are having. The common side effects associated with it are nausea ; gastritis; mild abdominal pain etc. To avoid all these problems it is best to take this after meals. You can also do a hot fomentation and apply a local analgesic gel like Volini gel for a better relief. I hope this answers your query.
