Brief Answer:
You can use lidocaine and hemorrhoid cream together

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for trusting HealthcareMagic

It is safe to use Haemorrhoid cream and lidocaine together.
However, please make sure that lidocaine ointment you are using does not contain any phenylephrine, ephedrine or pseudoephedrine as active ingredients.
Phenylephrine, ephedrine, and pseudoephedrine cause constriction of blood vessels, also called vasoconstrictors. Hemorrhoid creams usually contain phenylephrine as an active ingredient. So if you use that in combination with lidocaine ointment that contains vasoconstrictors, it can damage tissue.
Please make sure lidocaine do not contain any such vasoconstrictors.
