Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

Cymbalta is an excellent choice. This drug, like all antidepressants, can begin having effects right away, but can take up to 8 weeks to achieve the maximum effect. If you can be patient, this will really help you in the long run. Taking Valium in the short term while the Cymbalta is kicking in is perfectly fine. You will be okay!

Great that is is a good choice as im just struggling at work as I wait for it to kick in as on day 5 and atill don't feel a change. I really hope it is a good pick for me and it kicks in few days to help me through.
I'm glad that I can use the Valium daily to get me through as it does calm my system down a lot, just don't want to be reliant on it.
Cymbalta 60 is a good dosage too?

Yes, this is a good dosage. You can even go higher if necessary, up to 120mg daily.
