Posted on Tue, 12 Jul 2016
Question: Sir
I was taking clexane enoxaparin injection for the last 1 month..now from today I am taking clivarin ( Reviparin sodium injection)
Sir is it safe ??
As I Google it is mentioned in some of the site's that it is not recommended for pregnancy...
Again switching from one type of injection to another will it have averse effect
It's my 11 weeks...

Brief Answer:
Continue Enoxaparin

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about Enoxaparin.

Revaparin is relatively newer molecule and there have been studies saying it's not so safe.

I think you should continue with time tested Enoxaparin. You can switch over now safely and it won't cause any problems to baby.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
