Brief Answer:
Intake of roughage or dietary fibres is very important.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Constipation is common at advanced age. Irrespective of whether it is due to the side effect of Bupropion, you need to undertake the following interventions:
* Take plenty of green leafy vegetables regularly with diet. Alternatively you may take fiber supplements like senna, psyllium husk etc.
* Take plenty of fluids to drink.
* Regular morning walk or activities like swimming is essential.
* Sitz bath may provide relief.
Let me know if I could be of further help.
Regards
