Brief Answer:
They are the same, just different brand names, use any one of them.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Am glad to hear from you again.
Hope the issues of indigestion, nausea etc that you had are better now !
And the pregnancy is going well ?
Regarding your sister's issue, basically Clexane and Lonopin are the same.
They are just different brands of the same drug - Enoxaparin.
It is like different brands like Crocin, Metacin etc, which contain the same compound.
So you can use whichever injection is available in the local pharmacy.
Both are equally efficacious.
Just check the expiry date, like you do with all medications.
All the best

Brief Answer:
Apply Thrombophobe ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
The injection is not being given in a proper manner , if there are rashes with itching.
It should be given subcutaneously, just beneath the skin.
If it is given deeper or at an angle, it can cause skin irritation.
Make sure that the injection is administered by the doctor herself / himself or by a trained XXXXXXX nurse in the hospital.
Apply ice on the area.
Do not rub it at all.
Apply Thrombophobe Ointment on it, it will make it better.
Please upload photos of the rashes, I want to make sure there is no other clinical condition here.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
Is this only on the thighs , or elsewhere on the body ?
Can you ask her to zoom out and send across a pic ?
It appears to be a mild rash, it should respond to Thrombophobe ointment.
LEt me know if it does not.

Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
Yes I have gone through the pics.
Please apply Thrombophobe and Betnovate N alternatively.
That should make it fine.
I hope the rashes are only on the thighs ?
I actually asked for zoomed OUT pics, meaning take them from a distance, instead, I think we have zoomed in pics.
