Hi thanks for writing to us.

I want to clarify few points, does the fever last for more than 5days.

Is there any rashes, pain while passing urine, ear pain, weight loss , chronic cough, any other member in the family having a chronic disease, is she looking pale, has her appetite reduced, has she lost interest in playing and other activities.

If the answer to any of these points is yes, then your child may require a few lab tests depending on the symptoms .

So, next time you visit your pediatrician for any problems, make sure she undergoes a thorough physical examination and if required request your pediatrician for any lab tests which may be required.

Kindly follow up, hope i have cleared your doubts, regards.

Hi thanks for the follow up.

If the routine investigations are within normal limits, and each time when you go to your pediatrician for the check up and the doctor has not found anything which is worrying, the your child might be getting a viral fever which is common in this season, so do not worry.

How ever improve her nutrition status by supplementing her with oral iron and calcium supplements after discussing with your pediatrician.

Hope i have cleared your doubts, regards.
