Brief Answer:
Hyperkalemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Welcome to Ask a doctor.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

Your ECG has right axis deviation which hardly has any clinical significance.
It is very normal finding in children and tall thin adults.

It basically indicates right ventricular hypertrophy which is a benign condition and has no implications at all.
It is also seen in chronic lung diseases.

Your bilirubin levels are absolutely normal.

Yes....you have dyselectrolytaemia I.e disturbances in salt levels of body.Sodium levels are normal but your potassium levels are high(hyperkalemia).

It is usually related to our kidneys, such as:
Acute kidney failure,Chronic kidney disease.
You have normal RFT(Renal/Kidney function tests) so that's ruled out.

Other causes of hyperkalemia include:
Addison's disease (adrenal insufficiency),some medications like beta blockers, burns, excess blood transfusion, burns,Type 1 Diabetes, dehydration and excessive use of potassium supplements.

Only thing which applies to you is dehydration because you had a recent gastroenterologist. As you would recover and your hydration status gets back to normal, your potassium levels would also become normal.
Kindly repeat serum electrolytes after a week.

Aberration in serum potassium cause aberrations in conduction pathway of heart and arrhythmia.

You can hasten up your potassium correction by Following a low-potassium diet (avoid citrus fruits, coconut water ,banana etc).
Try avoiding certain salt substitutes which are high in potassium.
If you contact your clinician,he would prescribe a group of drugs called diuretics (water pills) and potassium binders.
Water pills (diuretics) help rid your body of extra potassium by making the kidneys create more urine.Potassium is normally removed through urine.Potassium binders often come as powder which are mixed with water and taken with food. When taken, they “bind” to the extra potassium in the bowels and remove it.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have any doubts, please let me know.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Hyperhidrosis

Detailed Answer:

It can be due to multiple reasons like hot environment, obesity, gout, hypoglycaemia, anxiety, fever, infections, hyperthyroidism etc.

If this is consistent or associated with symptoms like chest pain, chest heaviness, jaw pain, nausea, vomitings, cold extremities and so on,then you should visit your clinician for checking of blood pressure, blood sugars,Thyroid levels and to procure an ecg.As you are hypertensive,It might be an accelerated hypertension.

If your potassium is up,beta blockers are not a right choice for you and your clinician may consider a change of class of antihypertensives.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
