Brief Answer:
Vitamin D deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

Your wife's all reports are with in normal ranges expect Vitamin D. She has

Vitamin D deficiency and needs treatment for that.

No intensive treatment is required for this purpose, and she can be started on Cap Uprise 60 K once weekly, that is to be taken for 3 months every week followed by once a month for 1 year.

No other special tests are required.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Thanks Dr Anshul!

I have D360 60K at home. Can that be used as an alternative to Cap Uprise 60K?

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX

I have one more query please.

It seems that Vit - B12 is also a boundary case. Just want to cross check with you, if by mistake you have overlooked that. Do we need to start any medicine for that also?

Brief Answer:
Not required

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Since the levels are with in normal limits, so this is actually not required. However, if you wish you may ask her to take Cap Nurokind Gold once daily for a month.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
