Brief Answer:
yes it is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).
Around 70-80% of patients with crohns disease or ulceraive colitis do present with loose stool. Presence of blood in stool in ulcerative colitis occurs in acute phase only. And presence of blood in stool is very infrequent in crohns disease. So it is not necessary to have bloody diarrhoea to occur in each and every patients of crohns and ulcerative colitis. The most common presentation is rather diarrhoea and abdominal pain then bloody diarrhoea.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
