Can The Use Of Levothyroxine Cause Insomnia?

Question: I had been taking levothyroxine for several years, but was somehow switched to jlevothyroxine. I am having insomnia now, irritability, palpatations. Will try to get my doctor to change me back...or find a new doctor. Is all of this due to the levothyroxine?
