The risk of getting HIV from single short act of unprotected vaginal sex is very less even if the partner was positive so you need to get anxious about the 4th gen test result as it might be false positive because RNA PCR and Antibody tests are negative at the same time so just calm down.

You need to go for repeat 4th gen HIV Duos test after 1 month ad then after three months to 100% confirm your status whether it is positive or not. Allay the anxiety or fear related to HIV as excessive stress or tension will hamper your health. For any further query get back to me again.
