Brief Answer:
consult psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear,

Thank you for your query.

I would not prefer to give psychiatric drugs that cause patients with neuropathy intense pain.

But without detail history and mental status examination of patient we can not say properly.

In case of liver disease and enlarged liver some psychiatric drug we can not give and some psychiatric drugs we will give cautiously. there are also such drugs we introduce without any problem.

Introducing pain and further liver damage is not a proper medical treatment and it is a violation of civil rights.

if in such cases if psychiatric drugs is introduced proper explanation to the patient and relative is must.

Awaiting your response.

Thank you
