Question: ive recently had a mini-stroke can I attend a sweat lodge?

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Participating in a sweat lodge after having a ministroke (I assume there are no significant restrictions in everyday activities), is not a predisposing factor to have a new one.

If you are controlling correctly other predisposition factors such high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, cigarette smoking, alcohol use, you can participate in a sweat lodge.
