Brief Answer:
Yes,many are assymptomatic

Detailed Answer:
Hi and tanks for the query,

There are for sure many sexually transmitted infections one can have, as a male, and stay for even more than three years without knowing. Testing is only done maybe with a complication in a sexual partner or during the late phase of the disease.

Chlamydia infections at times go unnoticed. It might take time for it to present at times like abdominal pain around the liver area of sensation of heat in the body.

Syphllis most of the time goes unnoticed. In some persons, they only get to know or it manifests itself after a serious chronic disease like late stages of HIV infection.

Herpes infection, a viral disease , sexually transmitted, could also go for a long time unnoticed. Viral hepatitis , especially hepatitis B virus infection and HIV can go for very long periods unnoticed.

Just these few, screening for sexually transmitted infections should be a routine, or after exposure ti any risky unprotected sexual act.

Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
