Brief Answer:
To me this redness of ear does not seem to be related to eye

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have gone through the medical history and also the conversation between you and Dr. Dadapeer.
Since the history is 3 months long, this does not appears to be due to any acute infection.Sometimes chronic ear infection in association with sinus involvement may produce these symptoms. As your son has been evaluated by ophthalmologist, dentist and neurologist so other causes which can involve both eyes and ear like sinusitis must has been ruled out.
To me it appears to be migraine pain. There may be associated(along with migraine pain) but not related ear infection. Even the redness of ear should not persist for such a long duration.
In the present situation I will continue the medication prescribed by your neurologist and also would like to get him evaluated by an ENT specialist for thorough clinical examination and to find out the cause of redness if any.
I shall be glad to answer if you have any further query.
Regards
