Brief Answer:
Yes bone spur may csuse headache in you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

From you history alone it is difficult to say the exact cause of headache but one thing is sure that cervical osteophytes/ bone spurs may cause-

Neck stiffness and pain which ultimately causes headache.

Pain in the shoulder or arms.

But to make exact diagnosis I would like to suggest you MRI of brain.

Till then you can take aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day, pregabalin and methylcobalamine once a day by prescription of your local doctor.

Apply hot packs over neck 30 mins in morning and evening.

Do static cervical spine exercises as uploaded on youtube.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
