Brief Answer:
yes it is dangerous to your health

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Thank you for your query.

I want to tell you that 200 ml of black lable hard drink is high amount and daily drinking of that much quantity will definitely affects your health.
Udiliv 300 is Ayurveda preparation and it will have effect on liver in positive way but not having certain result.
You are not eating junk foods that is good for your health but it will not prevent ill effect of alcohol on liver.
Initially your habit of drinking will not cause any problem rather it feels like enjoyment but as the time passes it will become your habit to drink and if you do not take certain amount of alcohol you have either craving or withdrawal features.

And gradually you will develop tolerance to 200 ml of alcohol and need to take more amount to feel enjoy or to prevent withdrawal symptoms.

Initially your liver become fatty and even if you continue drinking then the next stage comes of cirrhosis and eventually last stage of liver failure occur.

So it is proven that you need to stop alcohol or take it as social drinker or very small amount like 30 ml .

If your family history of any alcohol addiction then i advice you to stop it.

Hope i advice you according to your query.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
yes it is tough but you can take medicine if needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

It is good that you reduce the amount of alcohol but still it is high in quantity and you need to decrease it.
If you have difficulty in reducing the amount of drinking then you can take treatment for withdrawal symptoms or craving for alcohol.
No need to take any substitute for it as no alcohol preparation is good for health except you take it in a very limited amount.

If you have any problem regarding alcohol withdrawal or craving you can contact any local psychiatrist or me.

Thank you
