Can A Ganglion Cyst On The Middle Finger Joint Cause Pain And Irritation?

Question: My wife is having middle finger joint problem. one joint has extra growth of solid round type two balls created on skin with out any much pain and irritation. But it is increasing now slowly. These balls are at present one sentimetre only. But it is increasing. Kindly help me for treatment of the same or any other suggestions for the same please.any medicine may be suggested first as we not interested in sursery please.
