Brief Answer:
HCM it is, go for implant

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

First of all magnesium of 1.7 mg/dl is not low. Its normal range. Also hypotension of 95 over 60 is still not that bad as it is common and average blood pressure in women of your age. SO syncope and finting are least likely to be the cause by this.

So the only and surely cause of this fainting is that HCM of right ventricle for which you have already been advised with an implant. My advice, go for it and do as directed. Your cardiologist is 100 % right here.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

may the odds be ever in your favour.

Khan
