Can Tramadol, Adderall And Xarelto Be Taken Together?
Question: itake several meds tramadol,adderall,xarelto,robaxin,propanolal,effexor,abilify and trazodone. Is this a safe mix?

you aren't going to have chemotherapy complications because you aren't on chemotherapy. Likewise, if your medicines are not changing, you might develop an allergy to them, but drug interactions would have already occurred..
There are a TON of potential interactions.
tramadol and effexor and trazodone is a red flag interaction with serotonin being elevated by all of them. BUT serotonin syndrome is from all the drugs being there and goes away promptly when they aren't there. The symptoms are diarrhea, red face, confusion, and low blood pressure. If it isn' there, then it did not occur. Mostly it does not occur, but we avoid this combination of drugs.
effexor, adderal might conceivably cause increased stress hormone levels--it is rare. AND propranolol a stress hormone blocker given with adderall makes No Sense At ALL and should not be used together for the simple reason that they directly counteract each other. bad.
They all interact with ADHD and also with bipolar disorder which makes controlling addictions a problem. Furthermore, addictive drugs such as adderall or especially tramadol should not be given to someone with addictions. bad. Ability and propranol and antidepressants, however often are given. However, there is not a real bipolar medicine on the list. Abilify is an anti-schizophrenia tranquilizer that can be helpful in bipolar disease. It is not usually the ONLY bipolar medicine given.
