Brief Answer:
Several points.

Detailed Answer:
.
Pill identification is much easier with poison control OR the local pharmacy. If worried, you can get a second opinion from a different pharmacy than the one you bought the pill from. I could look at some internet photos but there are so many generics and I don't even know the country it is from, so, a local pharmacy is going to be better than the online service for this.

Tizanidine is generally safe. ANd we're pretty good for general information on drugs.
Mainly, it has potential interactions. CIPRO, LUVOX, several HIV anti-virals, all lower liver metabolism of drugs including Tizanidine and cause it to build up. Tizannidine will affect the heart because it is a muscle. In general there is a wide margin of safety BUT:
1) do not overdose on it
2) do not take with the drugs mentioned because they increase the level of tizanidine.
3) the dose at least needs lowering if your liver or kidney isn't working normally
4) and do not take with drugs that affect the heart (anti-arrhythmics, calcium channel blockers, and/or digitalis derivatives) or if there are heart rhythm problems.

Basically, it's safe and rather mild. Its action WILL however, damp down nerves and some drowsiness problaby occurs in most everyone who takes it, just not enough to matter in most.

Not the response I was looking for. I have a GENERIC and I described it. It's not
a quality answer and I DID pay for exactly that.

Brief Answer:
There are several ways to interpret the question.

Detailed Answer:
"Is this safe to take for muscle relaxer? "

Is the pharmacy giving the wrong pill?
https://www.yyyyyyyy.com/yyyyyyyy.php but the pharmacy has better resources and would be able to give the real answer to that.

"Is a muscle relaxer safe to take for muscle spasm?"
yes.

"Is this particular medicine safe?"
Yes, absolutely, it has a huge safety margin and I've never had anyone have to go to the ER and had almost nobody even have a complaint of a side effect on it.

"Is this particular medicine safe?"
Gawd no! It's going to KILL YOU.
IF you have a history of allergy to it.
OR IF you have a heart condition.
OR IF you are taking medicines that will produce an overdose with it (actually even if you have NO liver or if you were on Every medicine that interacts with the liver and cannot get rid of any of this muscle relaxant once you take it. ONE pill cannot possibly cause an overdose). so, for overdose risk, one pill is safe.

So, that would seem to be every possible response one could possibly give to the question.

I am curious to see if you can come up with any way to interpret
"Is this safe to take for muscle relaxer?" that I didn't cover.
