I am 37 yrs old and married, i have problem of premature ejaculation and also some time erectile dysfunction, i am having tazzle 20 one hr before sex, but once i do not take it my performance is totally down and have PE &ED problem, can u advise on this

What is the dosage of paroxetine and how long should we use, will this medicine give result both for PE &ED. Iam taking tab dute every sat and sunday for my hair loss, will there b any side effects on this. Is there any generic available for paroxetine or dapoxetine

The person usually needs it for not more than 1-2 months (in my clinical experience).
It has to be taken with tazzle. It only works for PE and not for ED.
This platform does not allow us to write prescription. As this drug is a prescription drug, you must consult your doctor.
It will not interact with dute.
