Brief Answer:
some risk of gonorrhea, herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Some STDs are not really carried in the mouth and oropharynx so there is little risk of them from one episode or oral sex. It is possible to get gonorrea or herpes from oral sex. If you develop pain or blisters on your penis then you need to get checked for herpes. If you develop pain with urination or discharge from your penis then you need to be checked for gonorrhea.
You are not likely to get HIV, chlamydia or syphillis from oral sex. it is not impossible to get these infections but just much less likely with one episode of oral sex.If you are concerned go to an STD clinic or your doctor and be tested.
I hope you are safe and infection free.

Do feel gonorrhea is a low risk in this situation..I have no symptoms now for 4 days

Brief Answer:
yes, it is fairly low risk

Detailed Answer:
The person giving you oral sex would have had to have gonorrhea in their throat in order to give it to you. If you do not have symptoms after 4 days then you are probably okay. Just make sure you get checked if any symptoms develop.
