Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and this spot seems to be associated with friction during sex.
It is not related to any sexually transmitted disease.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve it.
