Question: Hi Dr, i recetly received unprotected oral sex from a woman and there appears to be a cut in my penis, which is now healing.
Should i be concerned of catching an std?

The cuts on the Penis can be related to traumatic injury but yes they can be a part of STD.

Do you think i may have exposed myself to something like HIV? I beleive the cut relates more to a tramatic experience.

Shr told me that she does not have HIV, but i was wondering if i could catch it via her giving me unprotected oral sex. Btw, this happened 2 days ago - will a HIV test give me the correct results if i get tested tomorrow?

In such case you would require to get tested for P24 antigen or RNA analysis that are the earliest test possible for HIV detection.
