Brief Answer:
Try to reduce your evening meal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Pepto-Bismol contains bismuth subsalicylate and is effective for relief of upset stomach symptoms (i.e., indigestion, heartburn, nausea and fullness caused by over-indulgence in food and drink) and diarrhea.
All Forms(Liquid/Tablets/Caplets) of Pepto-Bismol are sugar free, so that they would not have any effect on your blood sugar control.

This means that, if you can concerned about this possible effect, there is no need for worry.

A target range for someone with diabetes just before bedtime is 110 to 150 mg/dL.So you may need to cut down on food at supper, or increase your supper insulin dose, or cut back on evening snacks - especially high-carb foods like chips, crackers and cookies.

Insulin glargine is a long-acting insulin that starts to work several hours after injection and keeps working evenly for 24 hours. You take the injection before bad ,so you should check your fasting and 3:00 am blood glocose to see if you need dose adjustment of Lantus.
If the reading before breakfast is over 130 mg/dL, and the 3:00 am readings are above the target range, your bedtime insulin dose may need to be increased.

In your case my advice is to be more careful with the evening meal and your blood sugar will be fine.

Hope I have clarified your doubts. If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. I would be happy to help.
