Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation should provide relief.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Robitussin contains a cough suppressant called Dextromethorphan but it will still take at least a couple of days for you to stop coughing. NyQuil Cough contains the same stuff along with an antiallergic. It is likely to give you same action and would not hasten the process. We usually discourage cough suppressants and prefer expectorants instead. Steam inahalation is perhaps the best expectorant.

Tussi-Organidin NR liquid is a cough suppressant and expectorant combination. It is a paradoxical and stupid combination. Imagine that the same car is headed towards north and south at the same time. You will simply land up nowhere. I would discourage this combination.

Irrespective of treatment such infections usually take 5-7 days to resolve. Steam inhalation should be the mainstay of treatment.
