Than you for your reply sir.
I am severely suffering with IBS and am also an patient of Diabetic, Thyroid, BP. But now Diabetic, Thyroid, BP are in controlled position. Now I am using the following medicines., but the IBS problem was not solved, if I ate any light food with light chilli powder my stomach will upset and suffering with lose motions, bloating, gas in back of the head. In that situation I am using Lonozep - 2-4 mg. In this month Lonozep also not working. Thats why I searched in the internet and found about L-Tryptophan. Please give me the solution for IBS. Hi Sir,
I am enclosing some more details for your reference.

I am aged 51 years presented with c/o bloating, loose stools, burning sensation in the abdomen – 15 years back. I managed 2 years without medicine. I was advised to use Rabeprazole to which my symptoms subsided a little bit. From then I can’t tolerate spicy foods, fruits, caffeinated drinks, curd. If I take these foods my stomach starts bloating, loose stools, burning sensation in the abdomen. At times I get pains in the hands and feet, burning sensation and pain in the back of the head, breathless. These symptoms subside by passing flatus and belching and on using medication.
• I was evaluated and diagnosed as a case of IBS.
Next complaint is sleeplessness.
Reason: Increased urination, excess water intake. Inspite of using Alprazolam, Lonazep I am unable to sleep.
• I get headache and these symptoms aggravate while going on a journey.
• I have a problem of hair itching. For which I used Atarax and Alprazolam.
I used syp: sucral but symptoms aggravated. At times, on taking Digene it gave me instant relief. At present I am using kinpride – Nausea decreased but I presented with constipation and burning micturition.
• Alprazolam – I was advised to start on 0.5 Mg 3 years back. At present I am using 2 Mg.
• Ancolol – i was advised to use this when I present with loose stools. Since 1 year I have used it thrice.
• Pantocid-L – On using this 3 years back I presented with breast milk secretion for which I was advised to use Cabgolin until menopause.
• I was advised to use Acogut by one of the gastroenterologist. I used it for 12 days but symptoms aggravated - constipation, belching, bloating.
• I was advised to use Meva-C and ciboz by another gastroenterologist. I used it for 9 days but I presented with loose stools and leg pains.
I am very sensitive person. I get headache when I am emotionally disturbed.
K/C/O – DM+/HTN+/HYPOTHYROIDISM
My sugar levels, B.P, TSH levels are normal.

At present my diet is:
• Breakfast – 2 idly with tomato paste without chilli
• Lunch – curd rice + boiled lady’s finger + Tomato
